Hoe gaat deze wetswijziging tot Certificaten van Oorsprong in werking gesteld worden?

Het Certificaat van Oorsprong (CvO) systeem is vergelijkbaar met het Garanties van Oorsprong (GvO) systeem. Elke energiecentrale die elektriciteit opwekt en aan het net levert, kan zich registreren bij VertiCer. Op basis van de geleverde hoeveelheid energie ontvangt de centrale Certificaten van Oorsprong. Deze certificaten kunnen vervolgens worden gebruikt om de levering van elektriciteit aan eindgebruikers te onderbouwen.
