I entered my meter readings incorrectly. What should I do now?

Vul het contactformulier in en vermeld de volgende gegevens:

  • Your recording reference
  • The EAN code in question
  • The correct meter readings
  • The recording date
  • Please also indicate that this is a correction of previously incorrectly reported meter readings.

Do you provide correct meter readings within the withdrawal period? Then these will be processed for you.
