What does this change mean for my invoice?

The increased transport costs will be charged on the next invoice, regardless of the billing method (actual consumption / advance payment). How the adjustment will be charged retroactively from 1 January 2026 depends on the billing method:

• Actual usage: you will shortly receive a credit note for transport costs that have already been charged. The new rates will apply from 1 April 2026.

• Advance invoices: any adjustments will be reflected on your final statement.
