Long term:

The CAL-26 contract for Dutch power prices increased by 3.1 €/MWh to 84.8 €/MWh which could be directly linked to an increase in the EUA contract by 3.1 €/MWh to 78 €/Ton . The carbon prices moved up without significant changes in fundamentals. The TTF for CAL-26 remained largely sideways at 31.1 €/MWh as the market continued to assess the unresolved Russia–Ukraine peace negotiations. Attention was also on the first Arctic LNG 2 exports, seen as a potential new supply source despite sanctions, which kept uncertainty over future Russian LNG supply. Meanwhile, Norwegian outages continued but with no major changes on the planned unavailability.
