What does the information obligation to save energy entail?
Does your company already comply with the new energy law Activiteitenbesluit milieubeheer? The Activities Decree requires companies that consume more than 50,000 kWh of electricity and/or 25,000 m3 of gas annually to implement energy-saving measures with a payback period of five years. This information obligation started from 1 July 2019. The government is strictly enforcing these rules. It is therefore important that you get started with this. For more information, visit rvo.nl.
