EP NL announces rebranding of power plants

EP NL, the Dutch subsidiary of EP Power Europe and part of the Czech energy company EPH, announced today that its power plants will change names within the EP NL group. These changes, taking place on June 14 and July 1, are intended to harmonize the names of the various business units within the EP NL Group.

The following plants will change names:

  • Sloe Centrale B.V. will become EP NL Sloe Centrale B.V. on June 14.
  • PZEM Pipe B.V. will become EP NL ZBL B.V. on June 14.
  • Rijnmond 2 C.V. will become EP NL Rijnmond 2 B.V. on July 1.

Enecogen V.O.F. retains its name due to the shared ownership structure with Eneco. However, the overlying tolling and holding entities of Enecogen will change their names.

  • Primrose Power Holdings B.V will become EP NL Europoort Holding B.V. on June 14th.
  • Belsize Power Holdings B.V will become EP NL Europoort Tolling B.V. on June 14th.”

‘Furthermore, the name of EP Netherlands B.V. will be changed to EP NL B.V. For EP NL Rijnmond 1 B.V. and EP NL Rijmond Operations B.V. we have already changed their names earlier this year.
