Management

The management board of EP NL consists of the follow persons:

Peter Černák

Chairman of the Board of EP NL B.V.

Mr. Černák is Member of the Board of Directors responsible for the EPPE business in Italy, France and the NL. He has been with EPH group since 2013, started in the infrastructure business in Slovakia and later moved to EP Power Europe following the entry into Western European markets.

Mr. Černák holds master’s degree from the Prague University of Economics and Business, the CEMS MIM degree and MSc in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management.

Filip Biznár

CFO and Member of the Board of EP NL B.V.

Filip Biznár is the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of EP NL B.V. and PZEM Energy Company B.V. He has joined the EPH group in 2016, where he worked in the M&A team and focused on investments into the European energy sector and supported the international expansion of EPH. Since 2023, Mr. Biznár is the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of EP NL and PZEM.

Filip Biznár has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Economics in Bratislava and master’s degree from Prague University of Economics and Business.

Miroslav Haško

Board member EP NL B.V.

Mr Haško is chief commercial officer of EP Power Europe. He has been with EPH Group since 2010, initially in the Mergers and Acquisitions department, where he was involved in EPH’s major acquisitions in the energy sector. He is also chairman of the board of EP Commodities and member of the board of EP Resources, EP Power Europe’s two trading arms. In addition to his positions within EP Power Europe, he is a board member of SPP Infrastructure.

Mr Haško holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Finance at the University of Economics in Prague.
